Donkeys

Donkeys, also known as burros, are intelligent and social animals with a long history of working alongside humans. They have been used for transportation, agriculture, and as companions for thousands of years. Donkeys are known for their hardy nature, surefootedness, and their ability to form strong bonds with other donkeys as well as with humans.

At our sanctuary, we provide a home for donkeys who have been rescued from neglect, abuse, or exploitation. We believe that these gentle animals deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, and we are committed to providing them with the highest standards of care. We provide our donkeys with nutritious food, medical care, and plenty of space to move and graze.

We also believe that donkeys have a lot to teach us about compassion and resilience. They are incredibly adaptable and can thrive in a variety of environments, even in the face of adversity. Spending time with our donkeys can be a powerful experience, as they have a calming and grounding presence that can help us connect with nature and find peace.

We invite you to come and visit our sanctuary and meet our donkeys in person. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about these incredible animals and see firsthand how we care for them. Thank you for your interest in our sanctuary, and we hope to see you soon!
